We understand here at ARC – that a huge barrier in society today is housing. Let’s face it – it can become discouraging, challenging and feelings of being defeated. Homelessness has spiked in Connecticut at an all—time high and formerly incarcerated individuals are now saying their barrier is no longer employment but housing. Here are ARC – we are pleased to announce that we working closely with a landlord to defeat those odds… we anticipate on announcing our second chance housing project in full detail soon!
